Mission E4, Inc.

Mission E4 is recognized by the IRS as a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization.

The premise for our ministry is based on a passage from the Bible found in Ephesians chapter four. Our goal is to “Connect the Body of Christ” and to “Equip the Saints”. The “Body of Christ” is a metaphor the Bible uses to describe the world-wide Christian church. We feel that the church is very divided and segregated throughout the world. Our belief is that the church is meant to work in unity to fulfill what the Bible refers to as “the Great Commission”. We are also supposed to be united in our support of one another in other tangible ways.

With this in mind we work with networks of evangelical pastors and lay leaders cross denominationally attempting to facilitate united action. We also work to connect the US church with churches around the world in need of financial support. Currently we have work going on in Haiti, Kosova, Albania, and the USA.

The second premise seen in Ephesians chapter four is the idea that if Christian people are led, taught and trained correctly it will create a certain level of Christian maturity. The goal is for each person within the church to be trained and equipped to do the “work of ministry”. So many aspects of our ministry are dedicated to more intensive training.

There are seven main branches or departments within Mission E4. The following is a brief description of how each of these:

 Expeditions

This branch of Mission E4 is responsible for leading teams of people on short-term overseas mission trips. Each year we take 4 trips with about 100 people total to Haiti, Kosova, or Albania. These team members come from a variety of churches from around the USA to work together to provide humanitarian aid, financial support, and encouragement to the churches we are connected with in these countries.

Connections

This aspect of our ministry is very intentional about trying to help local churches work together.  We ask local churches to keep us informed of community outreach events they are working on and what it is that they need help with. We then work to rally others together to help their events become more successful.  We also work to make pastors and churches aware of other resources that are out there to help them.

DELTA Force Youth Ministry

Mission E4 runs a centralized youth program in Worcester, MA every Tuesday night working with almost 100 young people. In addition the DELTA Force youth ministry assists other churches throughout Central MA in developing youth leaders and stronger youth programs of their own.

Encouraging Worship

Through leading songs of worship during multi-church events, special services, small-group Bible studies, etc. Randy hopes to encourage the Body of Christ to enter into the presence of God that they may carry the fragrance of His character with them as they live their daily lives.

Overseas Ministries

Mission E4 helps to oversee and fund four school programs in Haiti, Kosovo, and Albania with around 400 students. In addition to this we continue to provide teacher, and church leadership training for close to 100 individuals. We help to support marriage and family ministries, build homes, supply food, and run an orphanage for thirteen girls.

Global Training Center

This intensive training program is designed to equip young people through Biblical training and hands on ministry to be “sold out” disciples of Christ, fulfilling the Great Commission.  During this year long internship each student will be attending 6-10 hours per week of classes while working 30 hours weekly in a specific ministry placement.

Equipping Seminars

Each year Mission E4 plans a calendar of seminars to train Christians in Evangelism, Discipleship, and Youth Ministry.

Statement of Faith

The sole basis of our beliefs is the Bible, God's infallible written Word, the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments. We believe that it was uniquely, verbally and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit and that it was written without error (inerrant) in the original manuscripts. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters on which it speaks.

We accept those areas of doctrinal teaching on which, historically, there has been general agreement among all true Christians. Because of the specialized calling of our movement, we desire to allow for freedom of conviction on other doctrinal matters, provided that any interpretation is based upon the Bible alone, and that no such interpretation shall become an issue which hinders the ministry to which God has called us.

1) There is one true God, eternally existing in three persons -- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit -- each of whom possesses equally all the attributes of Deity and the characteristics of personality.

2) Jesus Christ is God, the living Word, who became flesh through His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit and His virgin birth. Hence, He is perfect Deity and true humanity united in one person forever.

3) He lived a sinless life and voluntarily atoned for the sins of men by dying on the cross as their substitute, thus satisfying divine justice and accomplishing salvation for all who trust in Him alone.

4) He rose from the dead in the same body, though glorified, in which He lived and died.

5) He ascended bodily into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God the Father, where He, the only mediator between God and man, continually makes intercession for His own.

6) Man was originally created in the image of God. He sinned by disobeying God; thus, he was alienated from his Creator. That historic fall brought all mankind under divine condemnation.

7) Man's nature is corrupted, and he is thus totally unable to please God. Every man is in need of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit.

8) The salvation of man is wholly a work of God's free grace and is not the work, in whole or in part, of human works or goodness or religious ceremony. God imputes His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone for their salvation, and thereby justified them in His sight.

9) The Holy Spirit has come into the world to reveal and glorify Christ and to apply the saving work of Christ to men. He convicts and draws sinners to Christ, imparts new life to them, continually indwells them from the moment of spiritual birth and seals them until the day of redemption. His fullness, power and control are appropriated in the believer's life by faith.

10) Every believer is called to live so in the power of the indwelling Spirit that he will not fulfill the lust of the flesh but will bear fruit to the glory of God.

11) Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, His Body, which is composed of all men, living and dead, who have been joined to Him through saving faith.

12) God admonishes His people to assemble together regularly for worship, for participation in ordinances, for edification through the Scriptures and for mutual encouragement.

13) At physical death the believer enters immediately into eternal, conscious fellowship with the Lord and awaits the resurrection of his body to everlasting glory and blessing.

14) At physical death the unbeliever enters immediately into eternal, conscious separation from the Lord and awaits the resurrection of his body to everlasting judgment and condemnation.

15) Jesus Christ will come again to the earth -- personally, visibly and bodily -- to consummate history and the eternal plan of God.

16) The Lord Jesus Christ commanded all believers to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and to disciple men of every nation. The fulfillment of that Great Commission requires that all worldly and personal ambitions be subordinated to a total commitment to "Him who loved us and gave Himself for us."
